With 2.67 I get 161 seconds in Windows 7 32 bits, tile size 200x200.Anyway, I get better times on GNU/Linux. The problem seems to be the version 2.66 of Blender with which I also get a high render time on Windows (CPU). Currently the i7-4770 is what other people are recommended with regard to CPU with integrated GPU. I do not recommend the i5-3570K to render. Regarding the author of this thread, I clarified that in my result is not involved the GPU. Would not surprise me that Tom’s Hardware benchmark was performed with the HyperThreading disabled, which would be very bad for render. I guess with an i7-3770K overclocked to 4.5GHz should be obtained much less time than what I get. I’ve already read some complaints about bad benchmarks in Tom’s Hardware. Although not termed APU by Intel, the concept is the same as for the devices in that. Perhaps pathetic are the Tom’s Hardware benchmarks.
